I wanted to start a small online e-commerce business myself. I’ve been reading through the differences between LP, LLP, LLC and none of these actually applies to me since they are all about having “partners”. And I wanna do this myself. I’ve also read the DBA (Doing business as) but i was told that this is not good idea in case of bankruptcy and it’s not getting the tax benefit. Can someone pls help? thx
